At ASGlowSigns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
• Custom-made or personalized neon signs are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@asglowsigns.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your neon sign arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
