At ASGlowSigns, we strive to deliver your neon signs quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

• Ready-made signs: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Custom signs: Custom orders require 5-7 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Times

• Domestic (India): 3-7 business days after dispatch.
• International: 7-14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹2,999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹149 applies. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@asglowsigns.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs.
